Fossil Grove is situated within Victoria Park in the Whiteinch area of Glasgow. Strathclyde Geoconservation Group has prepared a leaflet describing the geology of the site and the Geological Society of Glasgow has published a more detailed excursion itinerary. More information about the site can be found on the Fossil Grove website.

Seven open afternoons with tours of the fossil house and the quarry are planned for 2023. These will take place from 12-4 pm on the third Sunday of each month from April to October. Children’s activities will be available at these. The dates for the open afternoons are:
